About This Project


Was created in 2004, bringing from Japan a concept that is more than 400 years old, but is totally innovative in Spain: the Noodle Bar, or locals specialized in the elaboration of Asian noodles. Udon is committed to “fresh casual food”, serving quality healthy food in a stylish, young and carefree environment at a competitive price.



We streamline the process of opening establishments, reaching more than 100 stores nationwide. We actively promote the expansion of the Udon brand and the ground-breaking restaurant business concept it offers. We examine and select the strategic points that best suit the needs of Udon. We provide the link between the brand and new franchisees nourishing the growth of Udon.
