The SAGARDI Group was founded in 1996 with the aim of searching for its gastronomic roots in order to offer high quality, solid and authentic catering services. Over the years, the project has established itself as a benchmark of recognised prestige in the restaurant world, initially specialising in quality Basque cuisine and now also diversifying into other gastronomic cultures.

With more than 25 years of experience, the SAGARDI Group is today a project in full international expansion and a fully established brand on the national gastronomic scene.

It currently has 15 brands and more than 30 restaurants, most of them in Spain, but also in Oporto, Mexico, Buenos Aires, Amsterdam and London.
